I'm finally here to blog about my trip to Singapore to attend Beast's Beautiful Show!
just so you know, i had to go through a very bad withdrawal symptoms due to Beast. and have only fully recovered recently although i still miss them a lot a lot!
Beautiful Show was held on 3rd March at Singapore EXPO's The Max Pavillion, the same venue as last year's fan meeting, which isnt the best venue but it's good enough i guess.
I left Subang on Friday after class. I was so worried about how to get to the bus terminal that i couldnt sleep well the night before.
But i called the taxi Nigel recommended me and the driver came to pick me up at 12.30pm.
I was in such a rush as class ended noon and i needed to rush to the ATM which wasted some time becoz i reached my daily withdrawal limit so i couldnt take as much as i planned to.
then rushed back to my room to get my stuff and make sure i didnt miss out anything.
Then when i got into the taxi, the driver told me he actually waited for me for 1 HOUR! But i did tell him to fetch me at 12.30pm so not my fault.
He was sooooooo talkative like OMG. I had to fake laugh throughout the whole ride urgh. He kept talking about the days where he used to be a gangster and how he changed for the better due to his gf and blah blah blah. @_@
Then i finally reached the bus terminal at 1.15pm and went to buy my bus ticket. I planned to take the 2pm bus if there was one but in the end managed to buy the 1.30pm ticket.
I wanted to eat my lunch there but didnt have time so i bought some Portuguese egg tarts to eat on the bus.
and there was this girl that sat beside me on the bus, she said it was also her first time taking a bus ride alone, and she was also 18 years old! but she was from Kota Tinggi. and she talks so loudly. urgh.
I slept for about 1 hour + on the bus and spent the rest of my time reading.
The bus ride was comfortable and becoz the weather wasnt bad so it was nice.
normally i think i takes about 4 hours to get from KL to JB on bus but it only took 3 and a half hours this time. So i reached Larkin at about 5pm.
Then i took a bus to CS and waited for Zoe. I didnt need to wait long though before she reached!
Then we went into Singapore tgt! Both of us were alr so excited by then!
We reached Woodlands at about 7pm. And reached Zoe's cousin's house at 7.30pm.
Zoe's relatives' were all so welcoming and i was so hungry by that time and there was a full table of home-cooked food~ Such a nice dinner i had! =) my tummy was happy!
then we sat on the couch and relaxed a bit and while i was checking twitter, i saw the concert's production team tweet that they salute the 50 b2uties queuing outside The Max Pavillion.
I was like....WTH. They are alr ppl queuing??? but becoz they are mosh-pit ppl so they have no choice if they want to stand near the stage.
So we were discussing on what time we should go queue up for merchandises. Last year, we alr didnt manage to get merch coz we were late so this year we must get!
after we bathed then we started talking and talking and talking about Beast and only Beast.
Then Zoe's cousin who is called YB, she went to welcome Beast at the airport that afternoon!
OMG so damn jealous that she got to see them so up-close! She kept saying Junhyung was the hottest! and Kikwang looked serious. while Yoseob, Doojoon wore face masks so couldnt see them smile.

Then after talked and talked for quite some time, we had to get some rest before the big day!
guess what time we woke up the next day????
4.30am! LOL and Zoe's alarm ringtone is sooo cute~~~ I want one like hers too~ Her's starts with Yoseob saying, "Annyeonghaseyo~ Yoseob ibnida~"
So we got ready and ate breakfast and left at 6am!
waiting for the bus at 6am.
In the MRT. Woodlands is very far from Changi so it took us about 1 and a half hours to get to EXPO.

reached EXPO! the place takes me back to last year's fan meet! luckily this time around we didnt need to run under the hot sun. reached there at 7.30am!

i think we were one of the first 50 to queue up for merch.

it was really like a camp site. LOL.
and the ppl behind us kept asking us to help them save their places while they went to find friends or buy stuff. and malay girl behind us was helping so many ppl buy merch and she used her shoes to chop her place. XD later on, before we entered the concert hall, we saw her changed into her high heels. haha.

one thing that made us really annoyed was that the merch that was on sale that day was so much that i think nothing was sold out by the end of the day.
and we thought it would be sold out very fast, so we purposely went to early. = __=
but it was a fun experience. :)
YB's friend that also went for the concert gave us the stickys they made for Beast! it was yummy~
We were alr quite tired and hungry after queueing for a few hours, luckily we bought buns the day before.
and we had each other's company so it wouldnt be that boring.
then suddenly at about 12 or 1pm, a girl came over to the queue to tell her friends behind us that there was a queue starting to buy Beautiful Show's official tee and iPhone case, so Zoe and I faster rushed over to queue up! and while we were queuing, we heard Beast alr rehearsing or doing sound checks in the concert hall!
and a girl behind us told us that she actually saw Beast entering the hall!!!
After we got our tees, we went back to queue for merch. They informed on FB that merch would start selling at 1pm but in the end about 2.30pm only the queue started moving and by that time, the weather was sooo hot! but at 2pm, i went to buy Dongwoon's fansite's slogan towel! and the ppl selling them were Koreans! they were all so beautiful~ I also helped Zoe and YB get Yoseob's slogan towel!
so happy that we bought it and were able to wear them tgt for Beautiful Show!

HAHA this was an pre-concert event that Beast's Singapore Forum was having.
they had their staff wearing Beast's masks and you could take photos with them!
they were also having another event where you could choose your favourite OTP!
I chose Junseob and Junseung! in the end Junseob won!
Singapore really got a lot of Yoseob fans. A LOT!

another thing that pissed us off was that Beast's official slogan towel didnt have stock!
as you can see on the banner, there's a paper stuck on it saying "NO STOCK!" and this was even before they started selling the merch.
so not fair! they should have told us earlier!
but YB still managed to buy one from Beast's SG forum's staff. I WANT ONE TOO~~~
nvm... next time will have chance again. save money for now.
but at least i had my Dongwoon slogan towel~
At last, we managed to get our merchandises! I only bought the rose light stick though.
now i feel like wanting the present book but i'm currently broke. *cries*
Oh, and not to forget to mention! WE QUEUED FOR 7 HOURS! WOOHOO~ XD
We then went to have lunch at McD. The moment we walked into the air-cond mall, it felt like heaven!
and the minute the cold coke went down my throat, it felt soooo good~~~ *JUNCOKE*

After lunch, we went to freshen up a bit and changed into out Beautiful Show tees!
it look so nice and fits just nice! At first i was so worried it would be too big becoz it's L size, but turned out fine! We saw a lot of other ppl wearing self-printed/ fake ones, and we were so proud to be wearing the official tee! so much more beautiful than theirs!

btw, so glad that decided to wear my sneakers instead of slippers.

it says "Space Male God Son Dong Woon." and Dongwoon's chinese name by the sides. that's what they translate it as. but i think it should be 'universe' rather than 'space'.

I love mine as it adds a punch of colour into my outfit although it's a bit too big for my hand.
and i got a necklace for her too~ I knew i had to buy it once i saw it in the store~ it's pretty!
stupid reflection! but before the concert, i took off the plastic and i think a few blingy stuff fell off or stuck to my hair during the concert becoz i was hugging it for a while then waving it around and throwing it on the seat while i had no hands to hold it.

then at about 4 something we went over to the Max Pavillion to get our tickets but we didnt see a queue so we walked to check out the back door but before we reached the back door, we heard Beast rehearsing!
So we stuck out ears near to the doors of the concert hall and listened!
like OMG, plainly their voices can make us go crazy! we were screaming and jumping around while we were listening to them~
We managed to listen to Don't You Mind, Living Without You, When The Door Closes, Let It Snow and Thanks To! their vocals were amazing even during rehearsal! especially all their high notes! AMAZING!
we tried to record it but i think the sound didnt turn out that clear.
I keep feeling Zoe looks like KARA's Jiyoung dont you think? hmmm...
you can see other fans behind me too and they were screaming too.
we then walked to the back-door.
as you can see, this is where all the security ppl gather and the place for the staff to come out for a smoke.
but i first reached and was looking around, i saw this handsome guy and was thinking who he is and whether he was korean. and ended up finding out that he is a korean photographer!
i think he looks a lot like Se7en! really handsome~ >_<
we also saw two korean stage directors smoking. we kept saying they look like bad guys.
like when in movies/dramas, you just know that they are the villain. XD
Then we kept waiting with other B2uties there but no sign of Beast exiting the hall so we went to collect our tickets. and after a few minutes, the ppl in queues all started standing up and getting ready to enter the hall!
And we were confused, becoz we didnt know where to queue up although it didnt really matter as we had the seated seats so we weren't in a hurry or anything.
but in the end, we ended up cutting in a queue XD. and while we were queuing, that handsome photographer came and took photos of the ppl queuing! Was able to see him close up!!!
after bag check, we were inside the concert hall!
but we needed to let the mosh-pit ppl enter first.
so while we were waiting, the handsome photographer appeared again!
sigh. too bad couldnt take a close-up photo of him! this is YB's photo btw, credit to her!
I was a total fail in taking photos of him, everytime i tried, it's either he moved or i shaked or the camera didnt focus. urgh!
but he looks good looking even like this right???? hehehe

then they talked a bit before they did their ballads! Easy, Yet and Clenching A Tight Fist.
I was so happy to hear Yet! It's one of my fav songs~ and I Dongwoon was standing at a place where i could see him really clearly which made it so much more memorable!
And i didnt notice Junhyung's singing part during the concert, i only noticed it when i came back and watched fancams.
i cropped the photos, so the sizes are weird.
and my camera only takes nice photos when there's enough light. so most of then didnt turn out well.

was so happy to hear I Knew It live too~ it's a new song so they've only sung it live a few times before this!

then Junhyung's solo Living Without You! he looked so hot in his red suit!!!
and becoz the lights were bright and he walked to the extended stage so i was able to take better photos of him.

so happy to hear this live! awesome vocals from these two~
after that was Let It Know, which i couldnt take much photos of becoz i was blocked by ppl.
then time for Thanks To! which everyone sang along to!
then i think it was I Like You the Best. Then they sang YOU with a lucky fan being brought up stage!
everyone was screaming like mad while they were choosing the fan!
The fan received a bear, balloons and a polaroid with Beast.
Hyunseung was living in his own world by cycling around the stage. hahaha.
Then it was Kikwang's, Doojoon's and Junhyung's Should I Hug Or Not.
they gave out roses and Junhyung gave out a BOUQUET! OMG!
Then they sang Bad Girl and FREEZE! I loved singing along to Freeze too~
Then it was Lightless! Yoseob's long note was amazing~~~
after that was On Rainy Days! then The Fact and FICTION!
everyone was screaming so loudly that it was hard to hear the fanchants!
then it was their last song, Oasis (remixed version) before encore stage. When i heard Oasis's intro, i was so happy~~~ I just love Oasis so much!
Then it was time for their encore stage.
I chanted ENCORE at first but got really tired....
so just waited for them to change and return to the stage.
They sang Beautiful and VIU for their encore stage!
the fans behind us ran further infront during encore stage and we followed and Beast asked everyone to jump and we all jumped until so tired. and even you jump also cannot see much.
but the atmosphere was just awesome! phenomenal!
like seriously, being at a concert is the only place you can scream your heart out without anyone staring at you and thinking you're crazy.
i just couldnt take a good photo of them facing us, becoz i was jumping around. =_=
but i managed to take one of their backs. =_=
Then Beast said their goodbyes and Zoe and I rushed to pack all our stuff and ran to the back-door.
poor Zoe knocked her leg on a step/stair in the concert hall becoz it was too dark and too crowded.
amazingly, she could still run to the back-door. the power of Beast. XD
We reached the back-door and there were alr some fans there, we were able to stand in the 2nd row!
but still got blocked by the ppl infront. urgh. and the few girls infront of us were the rudest girls i've ever met.
the words that came out of their mouths could've made a nun go mad!
like seriously! I didnt see the need to curse in every sentence! and so loudly for everyone to hear!
and the chinese (from china) girls kept talking in a heavy china accent and saying that everyone had B.O. XD
and i couldnt understand a word the korean girls beside me were saying.
then after a while, it became hotter and stuffier and it was really hard for me to breathe that i nearly gave up on waiting for Beast to appear.
btw, the concert ended at around 9.45pm. we waited until 10pm and they still havent come out yet.
then the handsome photographer kept "purposely" walking in front of the fans and sweeping/flipping his hair, in short, he was just a total attention-seeker.
he purposely walked over to the fans and some fans were shouting his name and yelled, "OPPA OPPA SARANGHAEYO!" and he became even happier and started waving to the fans and taking photos of fans.
and the chinese girls behind me kept saying, "Who does he think he is? Ta hao zhuai ah!"
Then he even stepped onto a higher platform to take photos of him. when i suddenly saw him so high up, i said, "OMG" so loudly. i was like, does he really need to do that?!
then another photographer (not good looking) came over to us and kept speaking in korean but i think he was asking us not to take photos of him. HAHA and he tried to removed the camera lens of the girl in front of me. he was weird.
but when they took photos of us, we faster waved our placards~
then after another 5 minutes, YB called and i picked up the phone, after i told her where we were, fans started screaming and i was like, "wait ah!" then i started screaming too!
then there they were!!! but becoz it was so dark, i noticed Doojoon first becoz of his bright hair, and i think i saw Junhyung or Hyunseung beside Doojoon. I couldnt see Yoseob though. mayb becoz he was wearing black or i was blocked by others.
and lastly, i saw DONGWOON! LIKE OMG! HE WAS GORGEOUS!!! HE WAS TALL SO HE STOOD OUT AND HE KEPT BLOWING FLYING KISSES~
but these lovely moments only lasted less than a minute! before they entered their cars and left.
from the news i saw, 4 members went to ZOUK!!! while Yoseob and Hyunseung (the two weaker members) stayed in the hotel to rest.
and fans mentioned that Beast planned to go to USS but dunno why couldnt in the end. I dont think it's due to the large number of stalker fans.
and so i think Beast ended up hanging out at their hotel's pool.
back to my day, after Beast left, everyone finally started leaving the crowd and i could finally breathe some fresh air! and drink some water!
we we totally dehydrated and i was surprised i wasnt hungry though i didnt have dinner.
We then went to buy Vitamin Water from a vending machine. You see, Singapore even has VENDING MACHINES for Vitamin Water, while we cant even find a store selling it in Msia. haiz....
We then walked to the mall where there was air-cond! I was all sweaty again after being stuffed being ppl.
and we would've been talking about the concert the whole way back to Woodlands if we werent that tired.
i was really exhausted. energy drained. and it was only after the concert, i started worrying about going back to Subang and going back to my boring life again.
how i wished everyday could be that exciting and happy.
only Beast can make me that happy.
after we reached YB's house and grabbed our stuff, Zoe's brother fetched us back to JB.
I reached home at 1.15am i think.
I was so tired that i didnt even feel like going to bathe. i just wanted to sleep....
in the end, went to bed at 2.30am....
for example, while we were listening to Beast rehearsing, two girls that looked really rich and arrogant, walked by and they were like, really arrogant. but when they heard Beast's voices, they became the same as us, screaming and going crazy over their voices. I was surprised at first, then i thought, this is what Beast can do to us.
once again, i will love Beast forever, to infinity and beyond!
i guess that's all for now. if i get more photos of anything else, i'll do it in a new post.
this is seriously toooo long! i spent so much time on it too.
