Havent been blogging about life for a whole month now. Not much has happened since, but i did go for a few road trips with my family and met up with friends. So here are the some of the photos i took over the month~ Planned to do a post for each trip but... mehhh too lazy and i didnt take a lot of photos either, so i just compiled everything tgt~
i dont even rmb what was the date we met up...it was early July i guess. it was at Liberica. credit Hy for the photos~ it was fun meeting and chatting away after being away for so long.
this reminds me that i took an instagram video that day but somehow just couldnt upload it and now it's just sitting in my files and cant be uploaded. TT____TT
The three of us reached at 7 sharp but the others arrived almost an hour later... zzzz

i told myself i'd clear out some of my stuff but until today, i've only managed to clear my cupboard...
and here are all my nail polishes~ i hope they dont dry out before i get to use them up. but even if they do, i can just add some thinner into it and it'll be fine.
i rmb, this was taken on the first time i went to church after coming back to JB~ it was nice seeing all the familiar faces again~ Auntie Sara kept saying i lost some of my cheeks, did i really?
i weighed myself when i came home that day and i did lose some weight though. :D
oh and many ppl noticed the improvements of my skin! even Zacheus, who is a dude. LOL
i've been wanting to write a blog post about my skin and the meds i'm taking, maybe soon....
there was a public holiday (i think it was first day of puasa), so my mum suggested we make a one day trip to Singapore to Marina Bay Sands just for fun. Also, it was a time when Nigel and I were at home at the same time, so the whole family was tgt~
the weather was nice and hotttt.
i wasted my money trying to throw coins into that whole. =____=
it was my second time at MBS. the first, i went with friends and didnt really get to walk around. that day, i dunno why but i just wasnt in the mood... so i didnt fully enjoy myself. I did have a cup of Gongcha there which cheered me up a bit. hehe
my bros. i had no interest at all and needed to wait for them while they fanboy-ed over this shop which added to the reasons i wasnt in a good mood. LOL
the view from the sky tower at MBS! we actually planned to go up in the evening where we could enjoy the sunset scenery but we went to Bugis for a bit before that and Nigel refused to leave the music shop while we were there which leaded us to missing the beautiful sunset view!
not a very clear photo but this is the Gardens By The Bay. Singapore's skyline is breath-taking. being there reminded me of the time i spent in HK. it was definitely more interesting than HK's skyline. the weather was nice when we were there too.
it's like you can almost see all over to the other end of the island.
we spotted a bunch of ppl at the stadium rehearsing for their National Day Parade~
plus the Esplanade looks so pretty with it's color-changing top/roof~
some of the photos were taken using my bro's ipad. they had laser shows....
and fire shows... and they even projected a movie/video against the water fountains so a lot of kids were watching it.

after that we went to have dinner at the food court which was still crowded at 9pm.
i dont know what you call this place, is it a courtyard? anyway, we went walking around outside for a while before we left.

the huge boat on three buildings. some ppl say it's the ugliest building but i think it looks great and unique.
i am so happy that i got to buy these while we were there~ My mum was so generous to pay for them. i bought one from Watsons and one from Guardian just because they were cheaper like that LOL
my hair cant live without that hair mask nowadays.
i dunno why i tried so hard to get hold of this poster, it isnt even very pretty.
but beast.... sigh.....
i hate how they put their names next to each of them.
this was taken when i went to Kluang with my mum for a 2 days 1 night trip for a gathering with her primary school friends. i should've just stayed at the hotel or somewhere else and not follow her to the gathering because it was so damn boring and noisy. i was basically all alone for 3 hours with just my phone which was about to run out of battery. i couldve watched a few episodes of Downton Abbey if i had my laptop with me which was what i did for the rest of my trip there. and play Candy Crush.
this is me everyday now. spending all my time in front of my laptop. i do spend some time reading though.
rmb the last time i said that our TV got strike by lightning last month? we sent it to repair but the guy said they are still looking for the spare parts, and the TV has been in the shop for almost 2 months and i just couldnt stand life without the TV at home so my mum and i went out to buy a new one, almost the same as the old one because my mum said no one else watches TV anymore aside from me.
i needed the TV to watch the 56GB worth of Harry Potter movies i spent 5 days to download!
btw, i just finished watching them a few days ago with Thaniel. he's my Harry Potter movie marathon partner.
i rmb the day i took this photo very clearly. i had to do the reading for mass because the Molek BEC was animating the mass that Saturday. and i havent been a lector for almost 2 years so i was a bit worried but tbh i wasnt nervous until i was seated in front of the altar, a few minutes before it was my turn to go up.
I went to church at 4pm that day, because my mum needed to help out at Hebrews Corner, a corner in church for coffee and tea before mass. i hate going to church so early but i had no choice.... and the weather was so hot and humid.... anyway, i did fine with the reading. it was actually fun doing it again because who knows when will be the next time i get to walk onto the altar again?
Auntie Pat and her husband treated us to a very sumptuous dinner after mass~
there was one night where the power went out at midnight and only came back at 2.30am. i was attacked by mosquitoes that night to the extent i had to hide out in my mum's car... i should've just done that when the power went out instead of sitting at the dining feeding myself to bloody mosquitoes.
there was one Friday night when Nigel was back from Subang, we went out for coffee at Carffee. My mum, Thaniel and I reached at around 10.30pm while Nigel and Sara reached an hour later because of the traffic jam.
we had a nice time~ i didnt do a lot of talking, i just enjoyed my Peppermint Latte and cakes hehe
we ended up there until 1am...
i think this was the Saturday before the last, and it was that rare occasion where most of the kids from our Molek BEC was gathered tgt! Normally Dominic and Zacheus have school on Saturdays so i dont get to see them but didnt have class that day! I'm not close with all of them but i've known them for a long time and we spent quite some time growing up tgt~ i've been getting closer to Nidia (the girl beside me) recently because she is also a huge kpop fan, EXO biased though. she's a sweet girl and with all the other youngsters being boys, it's nice to have a girl to chat with~
i feel old when i'm with them.... because i can say that "i've seen Nicholas (Nidia's brother beside her) grow up, i still rmb the day he was just a toddler!" TT____TT
Met up with Hy and the guys the other day at Carffee before she had to leave for KL again and look what she got me~~~~~!!!!
this is a very advanced bday present and before she gave it to me, i (almost) immediately knew what she bought when she asked me to guess what it was! I've set my eyes on this ever since i first saw it in Starbucks months ago! I rmb that day, i walked into Starbucks with Hy i think.... and i always browse through the cabinet where they display all the Starbucks tumblers and i saw a new bright orange one, which is bigger than this pink one, and i thought in my mind, "if they had a pink one, i'll definitely buy it!" A moment later, Hy called me over to the counter and asked me to look at something and it was these pink tumblers all displayed on a table and i was like, "OMG!" (aloud) and the barista heard me and went, " Yeah! Pink colour ones~ We are now having a promotion....." I've been seeing so many ppl owning one online but sadly, i never ever had extra money in my bank acc to buy one so i'm so thankful to Hy for buying me one!!!

A photo of aunties and an uncle XD. this was taken last Thursday when my family made a trip to Kluang again. My mum wanted to meet up with her friends again and decided to make it into a family trip. The first day was tiring, because the night before the trip, i only got 3 hours of sleep. and this make me wonder how kpop idols like Beast survive their busy schedules with just 2 hours of sleep.... crazy life styles....
i managed to get some sleep before dinner though.
the photo above was when we went for lunch. after lunch, we kids went to the mall to eat ice cream and buy snacks, there wasnt much to do in Kluang so we went back to the place we were staying and i spent most of my time on the laptop complaining about the slow internet speed....
i'm so so so thankful to have Unifi at home. i can download two movies within an hour with Unifi while with the internet at Kluang, i had to dl an 1.3GB file using 5 hours.
the next morning, we kids woke up late and had McDonalds for lunch while my mum went out early in the morning to have bak kut teh with her friends.
after that we went to meet Auntie Pat and Auntie Sara tgt with their families at Gunung Lambak. they went there early in the morning and spent 4 hours climbing up and down the mountain. we then had lunch tgt although i didnt order anything. the adults wanted to chat more and have coffee but unfortunately the place we wanted to go was closed so we went home and there was a jam before we reached the highway.... it was almost 3 hours to reach home.
phew.... that was a long post... that's all of the photos for now though~
